Duchy House is located on the junction of the Strand and Waterloo Bridge (the building's entrance is located between Leon Restaurant and Café Nero on Waterloo Bridge (postcode WC2R 1HG) and across the road from the vibrant and bustling Covent Garden. Thus, whilst road traffic and the night-time economy in this part of London might pose a noise issue, windows in all bedrooms are fitted with secondary glazing. Guests wishing for a quieter stay should, therefore, request in the ‘Additional information’ section of the booking form a ‘rear-facing room, whilst those wishing to see out onto the Strand and Lyceum Theatre should request a ‘street side’ room.
