Introduction

Singleton Residences are very close to the centre of Swansea University's compact campus. The residences comprise over 700 Single Ensuite and over 20 Twin Ensuite bedrooms, many with fantastic views across Swansea Bay towards Devon, west to Mumbles and east to Porthcawl.

All Bed and Breakfast rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities. Laundry facilites are located in Kilvey residences but we have no irons.

Please note that there is only one twin bedroom per floor. All other rooms are single bedrooms.

Food and Drinks

There are several cafes and bars on campus, each with an individual style.

Fusions Cafe & JC's Bar which is located in Fulton House, Taliesin Bar in Taliesin Theatre, Callaghan's, located in the James Callaghan Building and Cafe Glas which can be found in ILS.

Guests should check in at Preseli Residence foyer.

Car parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the main car park adjacent to the campus entrance off Mumbles Road. Please ask for a parking id slip to display in your vehicle and a card to activate the barrier.

Swansea High Street rail station is 15 minutes by taxi and 22 minutes by the metro bus.

Please ensure you print off and bring your booking confirmation with you as this must be presented by B&B guests when ordering breakfast.
