Introduction

The hostal is situated next to the Plaza Mayor and very near to the Puerta del Sol. It is close to a great many tourist attractions, such as museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, shops, etc.

All rooms have an ensuite bathroom, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, security safe and free Wi-FI. Also, the reception area offers several vending machines, which dispense coffee, refreshments and snacks, as well as an Internet area for our guests.

The hostel is also well located for those who wish to get to know the city, very near to Madrid's main museums, such as El Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza and Caixa Forum.

Arriving by public transport from the airport

Bus: the airport bus runs from the terminals every 15 minutes. The final stop is Plaza de Colón, where you will need to take another bus towards Puerta del Sol. The hostel is then located around 100m away.

Taxi: easily available at the airport. It will cost around €20-25 and the journey should last about 15-20 minutes.

Metro: from the airport take the metro towards Mar de cristal, where you will need to change to line 4 (brown) and head towards Goya, changing there to line 2 (red) towards Sol.

The nearest metro station is Sol, on lines 1 (light blue), 2 (red) y 3 (yellow), and is located around 100m from the hostel.
